“AVOID THIS BANK - INCOMPETENT and COMPLETE TIME WASTERS!”

This Bank will give you a nervous breakdown. It mainly employs unprofessional school leavers who consistently miss-advise and make false promises. Have tried twice to open a business bank account with them in the last 12 months. The first Application was left sitting on the Business Bank Managers desk for three weeks. After being told at Application stage, he would get back to us the next day!!! In the end I went elsewhere as never did get a response. Then stupidly I went and tried them again a year later, only on the basis that they were claiming to be an ethical bank. Again the Business Banking Manager didn't give a decision until one week later, and when they do give a decision it is very evasive and they will think of any excuse not to have to offer you a bank account. Complete Time Wasters !!
