Lazy and unreliable!! A shipping company for which I pay to ship my packages to me but they always hand my packages off to USPS who is inconsistent and doesn't get me my mail in a timely manner in the first place. I ask for their assistance in tracking one of my packages for which a tracking number was issued from DHL and was told to contact my sender (Lids)!! They (DHL) were no help at all and have been a major headache since I put in my orders at Lids.com. I would highly recommend that Lids get a different shipping company ASAP, I'm already hesitant to ever order from the Lids website ever again since my terrible experience with DHL!!!
