“Car Hire”

I had a sick Dad that ended up in his death, so had to use drivalia 4 times at short notice, with varible end dates. Every time they dealt with me quickly and efficiently.
They are off site but the bus was always waiting when I came out of the Airport, the office is 3 mins away. It is a clean modern office with toilets and drinks machine, every time I just turned up, no queue and was dealt with and driving off in 10 mins.
All the staff I dealt with spoke perfect English, in fact two were English (plus an American), so no language issues. the cars were all less than 6K on them (this was in December), clean and reliable.
Drop off was a doddle, 2 mins maximum, then back to the Airport.

I used the full/full option which is return the car with a full tank of fuel, I also used their insurance on 3 occasions, plus my own on one, each time no issues or surprises on my credit card when I got home. I have been hiring cars from Alicante for 15 years with varying levels of success, in the summer I used one of the big brands, waited for 30 mins at the Airport, queued in a cramped office with no toilets or drinks machine, only to be held up because the person in front didn't have a print out of their voucher, only on an iPad. No vouchers for Drivalia, they just use the computer.

This is the first time I have written a review on a travel service, but felt compelled due to the great service, they may be a little more than some of the others, they are offsite, but this isn't an issue but it is worth it as it will start your trip on the right foot, and not wind you up when you should be relaxing.
