“Lousy customer service”

I have a policy with these guys and wanted an answer to a simple question regarding a claim. After two days of very expensive calls on their extortionate so called customer service lines I have asked for a senior manager to call me back. Was told this was not possible but hang on and I would be transffered to someone, waited a while nothing happened, more daylight robbery on the phone costs. Got angry and insisted someone called me back at the their expense ...... nothing heard 24 hours later!
Once they have made a sale they simply could not give a monkeys about customer service
