“Appalling Delivery Service”

It has taking my mothers parcel to arrive in the Caribbean 1 month so far. I wouldn't mind a slight delay, if necessary over Xmas, but the package included her medication. I paid over £105 for no more than 6 days of a delivery service! Shocking! The parcel is lost somewhere in Port of Spain, I route that is not necessary for the package to take. NO-ONE can tell me where the parcel is once it left London.In the meantime, my mother goes without her medication, Xmas and birthday present!
Shocking, disgusting service.
Had I know that Parcel force does not guarantee express delivery, I would have gone elsewhere!
