“Go elsewhere”

Astounded at this company's lack of service. I booked for and paid in full for a pick up from Rome airport into centre of Rome. We were delayed at Heathrow and despite trying to call number given and getting no reply, I was confident that as they had flight numbers they would be checking for arrival time (even our very small local taxi company do this). We duly arrived at midnight, some 2 hours late. Many other taxi services were there displaying passenger names, but no Resort Hoppa. We began calling their emergency numbers and nobody picked up. It was now 1.15 in the morning and we were only passengers left. We then had to use a taxi service. We phoned again and again the next day from Rome getting nowhere with the local agent. We cancelled the return journey both on the phone and by email as we had no confidence they would turn up....on time or at all! After protracted e mails they are only willing to refund half the cost we paid to them....despite having all the hassle and NO service. Shoddy Shoddy Shoddy.
