“no delivery! terrible service!”

the order has been placed on 12-Dec and despite the message confirming the dispatch, the order is not yet traceable with the post service (as of 5-Jan)! The clarification from customer service has been given with no respect to committed delivery terms, only one advice - to wait, no apologies, no proactive follow up of the order. I start to suspect the website to be a fraud, never again!
