I got this car insurance beginning of December as it was the cheapest on the comparison site. They to,d me I would need the telematic box installed within 14 days of the insurance being taken out. I got it fitted 6days after! Took the day off work for it, then to receive an email saying my car insurance would be cancelled in a weeks time as the box hasn't been fitted yet. I called up to tell them that it had been fitted.. NO ANSWER! I tried for 4days! Finally my call gets answered!. The woman tells me "yes the box has been installed but we aren't recieiving any information" well that's clearly not my fault!!!!! So now I have to wait In again this week for an engineer to activate the box. So another unpaid day off work for their mistake (Y) cheers tesco!
