“Service over a holiday period”

An alternator for a Jap import Hilux was urgently needed over Christmas to meet a ferry deadline. 1st Choice identified suppliers open and by picking up ourselves from Autotronic Services Ltd (one of the very few who responded over the break)we managed to get the right spare with 2 hours to go. Both ferry bookings, cross channel and Barcelona to Mallorca, were met on time and the reconditioned unit worked perfectly, saving significant potential losses. We recommend 1st Choice identify suppliers likely to be open during holiday breaks and feature them at such times. We fully recommend the helpful and professional service we received from Autotronic in Wandsworth
