“Fantastic delivery service!”

I ordered a tumble dryer from the isme website the weekend after Christmas. I selected for them to deliver on New Year's eve. The automated e-mail notified me that they would be delivering between 9am and 5pm. Days later, another e-mail narrowed this time, to between 10am and 2pm. This alone is fantastic, as I often find that deliveries are not narrowed enough, and you end up waiting around for it to arrive. On the day, I received a text confirming these times, and then just before 11am had a phone call from the driver to let me know he was five minutes away. So helpful! =D

The men who delivered my tumble dryer, and took away my old one, were cheerful and helpful too!

Thank you isme. So refreshing after other Christmas-time delivery nightmares!
