I recently purchased a samsung galaxy tab for kids for Christmas but the home button was faulty. Samsung were excellent in trying to resolve the issue but the problem persisted so they advised me to send back to the supplier Very.
After numerous phone calls and emails and promises of ringing me back, 2 weeks later i still have the said faulty item!
I was told to get a fault number from Samsung which i did, again prompt service from Samsung, but still this is not good enough for Very! Very very annoying!
They need to confirm the number with Samsung so why get me to call them with yet more time wasted! Absouletly appalling after sales service.
Must have cost me £50 in phone calls and about 3 hours of my time with still no joy of this faulty product being returned
