“No Customer Service, No Technical Expertise, No RESPECT!”

I wish I had read previous reviews of this company as it seems Bath Empire are very consistent in their incompetence.

I ordered a concealed shower mixer which I was having trouble fitting and phoned for advice. They told me to send an email to another department which would be in contact. This never happened and for a week I was either chasing them up, being passed on to other departments or waiting for calls that never came.

Finally they said they would send out a replacement, despite there being no fault with the part, and I received an email saying the part had been dispatched and woul be delivered the next day. I waited in all day and received nothing, when I called up to ask what happened someone else told the part wasn't even in stock so it can't have been dispatched. I asked for a full refund and they agreed and said someone would be out to collect the part and again no one showed up when they said they would.

Be very wary buying from here. No instructions, no customer service, no technical expertise and NO RESPECT!
