I ordered a bridesmaid dress from weddingdressesonlineshop.co.uk. The dress was 165 euro in total, twice it said payment failed when I put in my card details and the 3rd time it said payment pending. When I checked my bank statement the payment was taken from my account three times. I received an invoice from the company stating that 2 orders had failed and one was processed. I phoned the customer support number and they said they had only received one payment. Several emails and phone calls later and after sending a copy of my bank statement the company finally said this was not their problem and have not refunded any of the money. I never received the dress and was in total 570 down. Had I read reviews on this 1st I never would have used them. Please don't use this website
