“Disappointed and completely different to pic! ”

I ordered the pretty looking Opus Rose bouquet for my mums birthday for the 19th Dec. As her birthday is close to xmas and she's never really liked that, I try to avoid Christmas colours like reds & golds and keep it more pinks/creams/lilacs etc. To my disappointment, when I visited her at Christmas there was a bunch of cheap looking RED daisies and RED carnations in her vase! With 3 RED roses mixed in along with some leaves which had been sprayed gold! This is nothing like the opus rose bouquet advertised on the eflorist website, which consists of only roses!! It was completely wrong and I've been fobbed off with a cheaper substitute! I paid £24.95 for some supermarket quality rubbish. I'm so disappointed! I'll never use them again! My sister ordered through interflora and the flowers they sent looked gorgeous, they definitely put mine to shame! I didn't know about all of the complaints before I orderd or I wouldn't have bothered. I've opened a dispute on PayPal, so we will see what happens. Fingers crossed I can get a refund.
