E-On are attempting to charge £270 for two months electric. We live in a 3 bed house - with normal appliances (no tumble dryer, dishwasher etc). We are careful with lights and TV's etc. It's rare there is more than one light on or one TV and there bills are ridiculous!

There complaints team was less than helpful. My advice - take them straight to the Ombudsmen who fine them instantly. I am now going through the process, as I know that they automatically get fined a hefty sum for the investigation!

Do not use EON!
