“Do not ever use Spacemaker - please read this ”

Please read this if you are considering a Spacemaker Fitted bedroom. Do not part with your hard earned cash to this company their after sales is diabolical !! Nothing short of criminal !!
Paid £4000 cash for my dream bedroom - 3 years on it is falling apart!! The 10 year guarantee not worth the paper it's written on.
1 Every door has completely discoloured
2 Handles dropping off
3 Veneer lifting around the edges of the doors and to top it all the bedroom is riddled with damp as the wardrobes are fitted to an outside wall without ventilation which invalidates my home insurance and they could not care less. Have paid for 3 independant surveys which condemn the wardrobes for inadequate ventilation but Spacemaker declare it my fault as its my wall, even though the backs of the wardrobes (now removed) were riddled too!!
I have reported them to trading standards and an about to take them to a small claims court as the product along with the service is just terrible.
My dream room is now a complete nightmare with the whole lot having to be removed to rectify damp issues caused by the fitting of their wardrobes - I have sat and just cried over this and having used my inheritance to purchase it do not have excessive amounts of cash to burn with rectification.
So please beware; service is perfect until the cash has been taken then it will disappear into thin air like my cash. this is a shoddy company with a shoddy product and ethos. Use them at your own peril.
