ordered a 50inch smart TV on 26th December delivered new years eve, paid 379 on BNP however open up the box and it seems it had already been opened soo called to arrange a return plus remote is faulty. Contacted very who told me i needed to ring another number for littlewoods to speak to them, so called the other number to be told they would contact very who would then contact me to make the arrangments.
So the next day got a call from very who have advised me that i will need to pay for the TV......as cannot prove it was not me who opened all the packaging...
Emailed a complaint to very and got a reply....10% off and refund of the delievery charge. So im expected to pay the full price for a faulty TV.
