“Now that is what I call customer service!”

We are regular Ocado users. They have wonderful product offerings, are extremely reliable and have very helpful staff. I had a complete disaster on new year's eve - my own fault - I managed to arrange a delivery of groceries to our old address. Having moved recently (from London to Northants) i'd managed to mess up. The driver rang us from London, wondering where we were - not in London! I suggested we cancel the order. They did not quibble. Less than 20 minutes later they called back and asked if we would be in later as they could arrange delivery. That original driver, of his own initiative, put our delivery on another truck and they brought it up to us - it was delivered with a smile!!

The service is second to none.

By far the best customer service of any of the online grocers - and we've tried them all.

A very very happy customer.
