After spending nearly 2 hours and was cut off when trying to discuss the problem with their network, I finally cancelled my contract. They admitted that there was no signal at my home and said that I could have 1month free but wanted to offer me an upgrade for 4g which would be in my area in 8 months when I only have 6 months left on the contract. Even though they admitted that there was no signal I still had to pay the termination fee and even though I argued that I was not getting the service I was paying for. All the customer service do is pass you round different departments and are very unhelpful. There "motto" is the fastest most reliable service is a load of rubbish. This should be "we don't give a damn". Use any other provider DO NOT USE EE.
