Online customer services was excellent through email once contact had been made, however I am slightly old school and sometimes wish to speak to someone. The only way to do this is by premium rate phone line costing over £1 a minute. That is not good enough.

There was a problem with my letter proof of NCD, however instead of letting me know of the problem all I kept receiving was emails saying I had not sent.

More detail is required when there is an issue
