“MISREPRESENTATION OF TICKET AVAILABILITY”

Stubhub lied!!! They showed availability of tickets and a venue on their site then sent the wrong tickets!!! When I contacted them, they never communicated that the original seats / times / venue were not available and continued to pretend like they were going to replace my tickets. After finally getting a supervisor they attempted to apply the 'fan guarantee' yet did not give comparable tickets or seats and basically told me I was 'out of luck' even though I have confirmation via email that they misrepresented availability and took money knowingly deceiving their customer in the process. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BEWARE!!
