“E E Shops & Customer Service,The Worst Ever Experience”

Our son bought 2 Nokia 635 Smart Phones, Pay As You Go, for my husband and myself for Christmas this year. He bought them from the Beverley EE shop. The experience so far has been nothing short of a disgusting rip-off. The shop assistant who sold them said they were set up to go as our son had paid for the Phone Package. The assistant said all we needed to do was use them and top them up each month by £10.00 to get the package my son had paid for. It was by chance I checked my balance and found I had been charged for every single text and phone call, as had my husband. We went back to the shop they were bought from and asked why was this happening. We were told that NO package had been set up and that we needed to go home and register on-line to be able to buy one. She couldn't do that, even though the phones were sold as everything done, and up and running. What a pack of liars those shop assistants are. I have no need to add for those of you who already know, that the Customer Service and any Helpline numbers are Non Existent. We cannot buy a package because our balance isn't enough to pay for a Package as it had been used in the text's and calls we'd made so we obviously then went to Top Up the Balance so we could buy the pack. Easy you might think , WHAT A JOKE. It has been impossible to even get our address registered. INCORRECT ADDRESS, INCORRECT POSTCODE, INCORRECT EVERYTHING. We've tried numerous times to call the HELPLINE NUMBERS and when we did actually get to speak to someone, once we explained the problem that we had a phone that we couldn't set up with a Pay as You Go Package, they HUNG UP ON US. Basically we have two very expensive Smart Phones that we can only use for the internet through wireless. We can't use the phone for the reason it was intended. I phoned the Beverley EE shop this morning and left a message for the Manager, as their answerphone message said they were busy with customers, leave a message and we'll get back to you. They are no doubt selling phones to people who will never ever have any help or come back should things go wrong with their purchase. It is now the end of the day and the shop will be closed and of course I have not had any call from the shop. I expect they have just deleted my message. SO TO THE ABSOLUTELY USELESS SHOP ASSISTANT WHO SOLD THE PHONES AND WAS DISHONEST ABOUT THE NON EXISTENT PACKAGE, TO THE USELESS AND RUDE CUSTOMER CARE LINE, I HOPE YOU FIND YOURSELVES IN THE SAME HOPELESS SITUATION ONE DAY. YOU NEVER KNOW ONE DAY YOU MIGHT FIND THAT THE BEVERLEY IN EAST YORKSHIRE SHOP HAS CLOSED, DUE TO NUMEROUS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEIR STAFF AND THEIR PRACTICE,WHICH IS SELL, SELL, SELL AND TO HELL WITH THE CUSTOMER! But after reading all the extremely bad reviews against EE it appears to be the company practice, JUST SELL AND TO HELL WITH THE CUSTOMER! The minute you walk out of an EE shop you are on your own, Customer Service doesn't exist!
