Brought a corner suite before Xmas delivery march not a problem.
As I got a free carpet also wanted to have matching carpet in hallway. Contacted the same seller to arrange appointment, arrange over the phone, please can you contact me when arranging with carpet estimate personal.
No phone call had to ring back, coming round tomorrow as planned.
He said you will get a call from the same seller same day that was 2 weeks ago and still no call.
I should not have to run after people if they want my custom, so they have lost out going else where now .
The only reason I went back to SCS is the last 3 and 2 I brought was 9yrs so the quality is good but customer is no not as good.
