I have just spent my time booking a holiday for my wife an myself through their wesite (sunmaster.co.uk. After selecting our flight and accomodation i was then given the price I was due to pay and promptly filled in the online payment form with my credit card details and booked my holiday.2 minutes later I get a call from a representative who now wants to confirm my booking and charge me an extra £80 because the flight that I have chosen has gone up in price.
I know its only £80 but I just feel they have tried to have me over.
No thanks sunmaster I have taken my custom elsewhere now.
