“Company not based in the UK ”

Very Disappointed, the web site stated that any thing ordered by the 18th Dec would be delivered in time for Christmas so went ahead and placed an order on the 16th, thinking that the company would be based in the UK to be able to do this. only to find the company is in China needless to say my order did not arrive in time in face it took them a week to process the order.
My goods arrived yesterday 29th Dec thus taking 13 days from placing the order.

I can say that it was well packaged,and the price was competitive. As to the product its self will have to wait for a report from my Grand Daughter as it was to be her Christmas present.

Just wish companies would not make promises they can't keep, had i know it was not UK based i would have gone to Curry's and paid the bit extra, O well live and learn
