“AVOID THIS COMPANY”

Made the mistake of using cross country trains twice and both times have been very stressful. Paid in advance for tickets online and did not receive any booking references. In both cases I had to phone the expensive call centre and wait on hold for ages to eventually be told I had not made any bookings (even though the money had already been taken out of my account). Book train tickets elsewhere.
