To much focus of the company has been used to try and beat the competitors prices. Which this company can only pull off 1/2 the time. This being said paying 50-100 bucks more per ticket and thus receiving higher quality customer service is 100% advised if said funds are available. Discount companies need to find a way to pass the buck without ditching customer service. This company has a way to go in relation to service support. This is where they are cutting the buck to give cheaper flights. You will spend a countless amount of time on hold. You will spend a countless amount of time in line waiting to chat with customer representative. Time is money. Until improvement in this area of service from this company, I advise seeking service else ware. Copy paste, facebook.
