Very Unprofessional!! Nine months ago they say they are closing the type of account I have and INVITE me to apply for the new type. Then they spend AGES processing it - extremely slow!! - then require that I supply more identification and address documentation. Then, months later, I get a letter that they can "no longer continue our relationship". If they don't want HNWI customers, why not just say up-front? Why waste my valuable time for nine months? What losers!!
