“took 2 hrs to find office, ”

Directions and distance from airport took almost 2 hrs, not exaggerating to find office. l was charged an additional $50 for a $6 hwy toll charge that occur when l mistakingly got on the wrong hwy exit.
This company should be called Paymore.. The Shuttle driver was the only hospitable empoyee. Had to climb stairs to entertheir office, no wheelchair access. Never again.
