“What they offer... you don`t get”

Bought a kitchen with a 5 year guarantee... fitted and then problems started. The water hose connection on the Washing Machine feed wasnt tight and leaked all over the cupboard, with had to be replaced. However the cupboard has never shut properly since. The cut/joins on the work surfaces were not sealed properly and both are now uneven. Floor tile collapsed . Floor tiles chipped where it wouldnt be logical or possible to be chipped.Cracked wall tile which probably was cut badly.Sink badly fitted , needs adjustment !Not sure if the sink actually leaks, because I find water in my cutlery draw.The CHIPBOARD cupboard doors in front of the sink have blown and need replacing... I would have thought that there would be some kind of extra water sealant or tape to protect against water damage. AFTER ASKING WICKES TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY KITCHEN... THEY TOLD ME THAT CERTAIN ASPECTS OF MY COMPLAINT WERE NOT COVERED BY MY GUARANTEE.I THEN SENT MY TOTAL GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE... They then agreed that my KITCHEN WAS COVERED... The man said an Independent Inspector would contact me... TWO MONTHS LATER.... NOTHING ! LOOKS LIKE LEGAL ACTION TO ME !
