I have been disappointed with the quality of items received. Would YOU like to receive odd or faulty earrings? Me neither. You go to the trouble of returning the faulty goods, you do not get the cost of returns refunded. Try contacting the Customer Services and they send out a standard 'fobbing off' response. I will not buy from them again, I would sooner deal with a company who values your custom and treats you as a customer and not a fool. NEVER AGAIN!
