Good website.
Flowers delivered a little late and limp. Not enough flowers for the price. Communication by email-received replies. The company wanted photos to be sent and as they were a gift I said no. Eventually they insulted me by offering 7 euros off my next order!
very poor customer service and not really thinking about long term custom.
I would never use them again.
They did acknowledge that they could see I was "disappointed"and that was when 7 euros was offered. I have declined the 7 euros.

Poor written replies.
Shame.
