“We booked with Low Cost Holidays for our recent trip...”

We booked with Low Cost Holidays for our recent trip to Prague. I read quite a lot of reviews before booking with them and the majority were very positive, so I decided to 'go with it'. The home worker I spoke with to make the booking was very helpful; I received email confirmation both from Low Cost and from Jet 2 immediately and felt quite reassured. I then received a series of emails reminders about doing online check-in, etc, which was very useful.

When the time came for our holiday, we set off with printouts of our boarding passes, and transfer and accommodation vouchers. Everything went very smoothly: we were met at the airport by our transfer driver who was very pleasant and polite. Likewise check-in at the hotel (Hotel Duo) was very straightforward and our stay overall was very pleasant and enjoyable, with no 'hitches'. I was im pressed throughout with the service from / on behalf of Low Cost: essentially, it does "what it says on the tin" - provides a low cost holiday in a straightforward but effective fashion! Based on our experience this time, I would book with them again :-)
