“Aweful communication”

Booked full package mini break including a private transfer with added infant car chair which I payed an extra £10 for the privilege of even though it is law to have one for my 23month son! This was supposed to be with resort hoppa, on arrival at cologne airport with my son there was no transfer waiting. I then proceeded to call resort hoppa on the premium rate number provided to be advised they no longer had a company in cologne to provide transfer and hasn't done so for a week. I was apologised to and told I should of been told and to get my self a taxi to then try claim back on return to the uk!!! Since returning I have spoken with low cost holiday whom have passed the blame to resort hoppa and vise versa I am now running around scanning documents to them trying to ammend the error on there part and insure I am re embursed for the £200 out of pocket I now am due to there incompetence! I will never use them again aweful experience from start to finish
