I would never use or recommend anyone to use Victoria Plumb on line. My daughter had the misfortune to order a stand alone bath, corner shower unit and sink from this company. There were pieces missing from the bath unit, the bath also had a hairline crack on the base of it. None of this was discovered until the units were unpacked a month later (the reason for this is the bathroom was being plastered and we stored them still in the packaging in the spare bedroom until it was ready to fit.) The plumber was appalled at the poor quality, when we tried to get a replacement we were told it was out of warranty (one month later.

The attitude of the customer services dept was disgusting. Be very careful if you buy from this company, the axact same thing happened to a friend of mine with a sink unit they purchased.

We were also messed about on the delivery times, after booking a day off work they never turned up!
