“Brilliant surprise ”

I visited the O2 shop in Gallowtree Gate Leicester to upgrade my phone to iPhone 6 as I hav always had fantastic service at this store. They were really busy but I di have to wait very long before a young man helped me. Upgraded phone and everything was explained well. Then he explained about recycling and I had no idea that you could do this! It was fantastic! I got £112 for my iPhone 5 and am really pleased that all elements of the phone will be recycled. Brilliant! Thank you O2. I am really pleased with service and will not consider any other company.
