Thank you PC Specialist for an amazing gaming machine and an honestly seamless and totally stress free ordering experience!!

The website is very easy to use, and once I placed the order they have a system that lets you know if something isn't going to fit or think is needlessly expensive. I placed the order and was given a timescale of around 2 weeks. In the end the order took 3 weeks to arrive because it was in testing a little longer. I was informed of every change and update and was honestly happy it took longer as it meant they were being careful and making sure that when I got it, it would work and work well. Honestly with such a complex order as a custom built computer I'm glad they did.

My machine arrived by courier exactly when they said it would and was packaged to within an inch of it's life. I booked a Saturday delivery which is fantastic option to have if you work during the week. They even found my house first time which some struggle with. It arrived around 9:30am. Nothing broken or out of place when opening it and no drivers to install or software hiccups as they had done all that for me when installing my OS. They even filled the case with a foam thing to stop the parts coming loose in transit which is a nice touch. I was a little careful removing it but if you have the patience to wiggle it around you shouldn't have any trouble.

(I wish I went the whole hog and ordered a second video card, had I known how easy it would have been I would have).

The case is beautiful and looks really nice in the dark as it's filled with lights (but isn't intrusive), the system is quiet and runs smooth as silk. Crysis doesn't even hiccup but then at this stage I should really upgrade my benchmarks. I'm playing Borderlands 2 and Skyrim all at max settings and neither have stuttered once. I'm now thoroughly enjoying the steam sale again as there is a lot more I can play
