This is the first time I have used Auto Windscreens. Following on from today's work, which took place at my firm's car park, I would certainly look to them to quote for a "private" windscreen replacement in the future or if the insurance company would allow me to designate them as a preferred supplier.
Importantly the gentleman replacing my windscreen spoke to me in language I, as a "not particularly interested in cars" person, could understand any important factors - such as the additional drying time required before washing/car washing the car.
Overall, I was very happy with the service, and the only reason for not awarding five stars - trying to telephone before today's appointment was difficult due to going to the phone not being answered. The text confirmations however made up for a lot of this.
