“Please do not use - I got refunded via credit card...”

"Let down, dishonest, dont use".
This is my experience- I ordered a Christmas hamper to be delivered on the 19th Dec to Italy. The money left my credit card account within hours - confirmed by bank. I received a confirmation from the company that the order had been placed. From the 18th Dec onwards, as the status of the order was still 'processing' I tried to contact them. The telephone service explains that operators are busy and directs you to a voicemail which is full - and thus a message can not be left...since the 18th!!! Also since the 18th, there has been no response to email questions despite an automatic email saying they will reply within 4 hours.
I've since spoken to my credit card company to organise a refund and I will be speaking to Trading Standards.
Till mid 2013 the brand had shops but they went into recession....clearly they have not learnt the value of customer service.

Please do not waste your time with Bradford Bakers.
