“Fantastic holiday at Nonsuch Bay, Antigua”

We enjoyed a fantastic holiday at Nonsuch late November. The agent at Kenwood completely understood what we were looking for, recommended Nonsuch and set it all up for us. Brilliant apartment accommodation - very spacious with fully equipped kitchen (though I admit we only used the kettle, coffee machine and ice-maker!), huge lounge, large private balcony with sea view and just a few yards from the nearest pool. Everything was a very high standard, all the staff were very friendly and helpful and it was quite quiet (which, as a mature couple, we were looking for). The resort is quite isolated and a car is definitely needed if you want to explore the island (which we did for a few days). We had half-board which we thought was essential as it would have been quite a drive to leave the resort and find a restaurant in the evenings. The food was really superb and the half-board option allowed free selection from the excellent a la carte menu - lobster, fillet steak, local dishes etc. Good sailing and snorkelling. If there was a downside, the beach was fine but the water had a lot of seaweed blown in (which resort staff cleared daily) - it wasn't a problem for us though and it was easy enough to get to the nearby Green island or go to other beaches by car.

All in all, a brilliant place to go..and excellent work by the Kenwood agent.
