“Better than the majority of lenders ”

4 weeks from application to formal offer - with difficult circumstances!

I had only been in my current job for 3 weeks and my wife was coming to the end of her maternity, we had good credit rating and a 20% deposit. they turn round requested documents quickly unlike some lenders who take up to 5 days after receipt of document

I would expect any lender to thoroughly review mortgage applications and this is what they seem to be doing! if you have all your paper work and are prepared to respond quickly to their requests you shouldn't have an problems!

They also have some of the best rates on the market atm. out mortgage offer actual came back with a lower interest rate than what we applied for.

Thumbs up to accord!!
