I ordered our new sofas in September, they were supposed to arrive on the 18th of Nov, half of the order finally arrived this week. I was promised the rest by Christmas. I have just phoned customer services, listened to their terrible hold music whilst I worked my way down from position 19 to 1 in the queue only for the line to then say ' sorry Harveys cannot currently answer your call' and cut me off. Furious!
