“Absolutely disgusting service.”

I ordered a bunch of over the counter medicines and some cosmetics through ChemistDirect. I answered all their questions the website asked me about previous medical conditions and medications. Somehow they still sent me an email saying I need to contact them or they'll cancel my order. I contacted them and got no response, except that they sent me an "We still haven't heard from you, your order will be canceled soon!" emails on multiple occasions. I replied to all of them and repeatedly asked what was the problem. Finally they contact me saying that since I have type one diabetes, they will not send me the thrush treatment or aspirin(?!) I ordered. Then I start receiving emails that let me know that all the cosmetics I ordered were out of stock and they won't send me those. Then I receive an email saying they've cancelled my order and returned my money. Now I got an email saying they've mailed me my order. I genuinely don't believe I'll ever receive it. Avoid this company, their service is absolutely appalling.
