Good Points
Value for money. Timeless design. Wins comparisons over Rolex Submariner.

Bad Points
Cumbersome but is a matter of getting used to.

General Comments
What sold me on the Omega Seamaster 2254.50 is the fact that it is the particular Omega model being compared to the Rolls-Royce of watches- the Rolex Submariner.

And when I read this review (http://www.rolexreferencepage.com/articles/2.html), I immediately knew I HAD to have one.

In that review the 2254.50 won the contest over the Submariner! Yet it has the perfect mix of something that can be worn on a daily basis and something just kept in the vault, as with the case of most Rolex owners I know.

I was considering the James Bond series, but then it's a trendy design one can easily get tired of. The 2254.50.00 seemed to have a more classic and timeless design. Yes just like the Submariner.

To think that this watch has many great reviews and is almost a third of the price of a Submariner, this had to be the buy of the century. In my case, I'll never waste my hard earned money on a Rolex.
