the delivery date came & went, nothing changed on the online status, said they were going to deliver a week in the past. Got supplier to chase them up and they said they'd lost it. Apparently they weren't going to tell anyone unless they were chased. Whether they'd really lost it or just hadn't bothered to deliver & didn't want to say, I can't tell. There's nothing in this experience that would lead me to trust them or anything they say.
