I bought this for my daughter - two years running.

She did have a breakdown in the second year and to be fair someone did turn up.

The reason for this review is that the product I bought included what they call "onward destination" and I had specifically phoned up to confirm this and hear more details about it when purchasing, however on the day of the breakdown they said we hadn't paid enough for "onward destination" (yes we had) and they would not take her more than 10 miles.

The second problem is that since signing up I get regular SPAM from them. I always tick or untick the spam box/boxes when purchasing online, so this is most unwelcome.
