“Awful Customer Service!”

I had to take a very important test out of the US and booked my flight through cheapflightsnow.com. Two nights prior to my flight, I learned through my own accord /effort that my flight was canceled. I had contacted the company and they had told me they tried to inform me of the cancellation by phone but did not leave a message. Nor did they attempt to contact me via email (which I provided and received my itinerary). When attempted to reschedule the flight, I was to pay for the enormous charge d/t last minute flight scheduling. I was notified that if I were to cancel within 12 hours I would not incur any fees. I resolved to cancel the flight but noticed that I was charged a $180.00 fee. I am currently in the process of trying to get this fee resolved. Due to their inadequate notification policy and poor customer service, I will NEVER recommend this site.
