“Good service competitive quotes but watch your renewal...”

Have always found the service very efficient, this is my 3rd year with them, policies are either online or posted to you. I have never had to make a claim or us them for anything other than renewal of the policy so can't make any comment on this side.
I have found however that when the renewal details are sent the prices always are much more than a comparison web site, so I phone then tell them I can find cheaper/same level of cover else where then they bring the price down. It cost me a telephone call again this year but I saved nearly £60 and was less hassle than changing.
Yes they are good but watch the renewals.
