“Poor Shipping Service”

18 days and still waiting. I cannot actually review the item as I have not yet received it. Placed the order on December 2 (well outside the normal last minute Christmas crunch). As of December 20 it still has not been received. Beginning to feel as though I got the "Wool pulled Over my eyes".
