I have a current account with this bank ,wages get paid in to this account,i rang asked for overdraft guy kept putting me on hold ....asking his manager every question ! Asked what o/d was for explained im a lorry driver and new cpc course kicked in sept 2014 havnt done it ,cost around £500 he says ill call you back between 3pm and 5pm today ok 2 days pass still no call ,emailed customer service complained service was ridiculous ,called again ...no joy ...then declined my o/d few wks pass ,gets another call , believe you widh to apply for an overdraft ....yes ???? I applied weeks ago bad service oh ill check this out see what we can do ......i said you already declined it ...when ? Ill try see anyway ...then she says aaah yes so you did ??? I asked why it was declined i dont have any loans o/d nothing outstanding with my account ...oh its because you had 2 bank charges back in summer???? Oh i was charged for confusing direct debit mix up dates....and clydesdale charged me when wages went in ....yes ...so i paid them almost immediately ...yes ....and thats reason you cant give me overdraft lol are they kidding ? I paid them charges and they hold it against me for making money off me lol !!!! What a bunch of bankers these are ??? As forvthe girl thst rang me after weeks offering overdraft ....her attitude was ridiculous spoke down to me as if i was a dirt her tone of voice made me want to poke my fingers through the phone !!! ... but i told her i was ending the call as i didnt like her attitude so theres clydesdale country and western bank .....full of ignorant staff ......
